Construction: On the jobsite, qualified superintendents and field engineers are assigned the responsibility of implementing the design through construction activities. The superintendents and field engineers are in constant communication with the project manager and are participants in all communications and review meetings. Working with the project manager, the project superintendents and field engineers are responsible for quality assurance as work progresses.
Regular inspections by the superintendent, project manager and third parties, as required, are part of the standard procedures. The project is constantly being reviewed with the owner, consultants and other stakeholders either through general meetings or issue-specific discussions.
