Design: During the design phase, we take the preliminary design and layout information and formalize it into complete construction documents. Denham-Blythe coordinates all design inputs and provides the construction documents. These documents are first reviewed with the in-house project team for constructability and appropriateness and then reviewed with the owner for verification of RFP compliance, compatibility with the facility processes and systems, as well as the selection of finishes.
Within the design department, there is continual interaction between the various disciplines with oversight provided by the design department manager, Mr. William M. Quenemoen, P.E. The project manager is a participant in all internal design communications and review meetings.
