Project Management: The Denham-Blythe team consists of a collaboration that will provide comprehensive design-build solutions for your project. We can assure a project design and construction project in compliance with the requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal that will meet and exceed the needs of the project. Denham-Blythe is a general contractor capable of providing design for the project.
The key person for our projects is the project manager. The project manager will be responsible for the complete coordination among the owner's representatives, outside vendors, design team and the construction force. The project manager will receive support from a Denham-Blythe project executive. The project manager will have complete overall responsibility for both the design and construction scopes of work. The project manager will oversee and lead the design team in the construction process led by a superintendent.
