Concrete/steel construction · Brick veneer walls on 6″ and 8″ metal studs · The roof is 40 year dimensional shingles on 3/4″ T/G plywood on 20 gauge metal deck · A 10,000 SF basement beneath and 4,000 SF offices round out the new facility · 12,000 SF sanctuary has 35′ gypsum board ceiling with indirect lighting · Choir and pulpit area of solid oak flooring with room for pipe organ · HVAC provided by air handler with duct supply and return and VVT’s for zone control
