Pace Dairy took the opportunity to expand their storage capacity to match their production abilities. Denham-Blythe provided design-build services for the ripening, storage, and shipping of aged cheese.

  • Transformed the client's initial list scope to programmed floor plan that maximizes storage and process function and minimizes real estate
  • Maintained temporary construction openings and walls that eliminated construction contamination all while not breaking facility requirements of temperature and humidity
  • Created ammonia equipment room with emergency controls and ventilation
  • Installed lighting, mechanical, and fire protection for dense racking environment
  • Built forklift battery charging station addition with floor drains, ventilation, and acid pit wash down.
  • Constructed seven new docks
  • Provided a new loop road to enhance shipping and receiving traffic flow
