Designed and renovated 11,000 SF dining facility · Removed and replaced all finishes including ceilings, flooring, HVAC and lighting · Installed three new cooking/serving stations located throughout dining area · Incorporated new copper exhaust hoods over cooking stations and new 1,000 gallon underground grease trap · Upgraded electrical infrastructure to accommodate new serving stations, dish washing machine and conveying systems
