Designed and remodeled the existing 5500 SF Cat’s Den student hangout located in the UK Student Center · Constructed new dimensional ceilings with infusion panels and accent lighting · Laid new porcelain floor tile with water jet logo · Provided communications wiring for the flat screen TVs · Provided new pool tables and installed multiple gaming stations · Refinished original bar · Installed new store front doors to outside patio area · Coordinated the upgrade of the fire suppression and alarm systems
