Bill Ramsey oversees all operations for the Louisville office. He plays an active role in the pre-construction phase of projects which includes capital appropriation estimates, design and budget planning, and sales engagement administration. Bill’s previous experience of owning his own business gave him the initiative to take on business development for Denham-Blythe Company. For the last 14 years, Bill has helped to grow our Tennessee office by using a proactive project management approach of understanding the client’s values first, and then collecting the resources and teams that will best accomplish the task. Bill’s efforts in nurturing client relationships continues to develop and grow Denham-Blythe’s repeat customer portfolio.
