This aluminum manufacturing company needed a new facility to accommodate their company’s growing demand. Denham-Blythe delivered this design-build project including the 65’ tall, 2-bay, 137’ clear-span main building surrounded by twelve support buildings/structures. The project required a workforce of more than 250 people.

• Placed foundation for an 80 ft. deep casting cylinder

• Cast foundations for shredding, decoating, melting, holding, and casting pits

• Erected a 65,000 gallon water tower

• Designed and installed structural supports for scrap conveyors

• Designed and placed 13.2 KV feed from substation

• Cladded in aluminum siding and a galvalume roof

• Placed over 25,000 CY of concrete
