Due to the rapidly expanding market for recycled aluminum, this company needed to increase its output capacity. Denham Blythe delivered this designbuild project including the 75’ tall, 2-Bay, 150’ clear span main building surrounded by 16 support buildings/structures. This facility is now home to the world’s largest hydraulic casting cylinder to-date (2023)

Designed and built process foundations & pits for shredding, decoating, melting & casting equipment
Designed and built an 80-foot-deep foundation for the world’s largest Casting Cylinder to-date (2023)
Designed and installed a 300,000-gallon inground water basin
Designed and installed perimeter elevated catwalks inside the facility to eliminate foot traffic and increase safety
Installed 20,000-gallon rooftop water tank
Erected 3500 tons of structural building steel
Poured over 40,000 CY of concrete
