Denham-Blythe designed and built a two-story conventional steel office with brick veneer/metal accent panels and glazing, and an energy efficient TPO flat roofing system. Denham-Blythe occupies the second floor, while the first floor consists of a main entrance and two lease spaces on the right and left sides.
