Denham Blythe oversaw a major renovation of an existing bottling hall, transforming it into a modern fermentation hall. The project involved significant structural modifications, including raising the roof to accommodate new fermentation tanks and piping. The interior was also completely updated with new offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and lab space.
Structural modifications: Raised the existing bowstring truss roof structure 9 feet using a hydraulic jacking system
New fermentation tanks: Installed 12 new fermentation tanks with 2-foot-thick reinforced concrete foundations
Floor upgrades: Replaced the existing floor with 6-inch-thick slabs featuring integral 130-foot-long stainless steel floor trenches and grating
New amenities: Constructed new offices, breakroom, restrooms, and electrical room on the north mezzanine
Interior renovations: Updated existing employee breakroom, restrooms, lobby, offices, and lab space
