The project involved significant structural modifications, including raising the roof to accommodate new fermentation tanks and piping. The interior was also completely updated with new offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and lab space.

  • New fermentation tanks: Installed 12 new fermentation tanks with 2-foot-thick reinforced concrete foundations

  • Floor upgrades: Replaced the existing floor with 6-inch-thick slabs featuring integral 130-foot-long stainless steel floor trenches and grating

  • New amenities: Constructed new offices, breakroom, restrooms, and electrical room on the north mezzanine

  • Interior renovations: Updated existing employee breakroom, restrooms, lobby, offices, and lab space
