From our first day of business, we have operated with an in-house Design Group. Over the past forty years, our designers have become a cohesive and fast-paced group who can anticipate each team members design needs and will help every project succeed.
From Concept to Completion
Our full-complement Design Group is brought into the initial project discussion and continues to stay plugged-in from conception to completion. While the project proposal is being created, designers generate expedited design for feasibility studies, influence overall scope costs and schedules, recommend layout strategies that take into account possible code or building standards, and create opportunities for value-engineering. During construction, designers carry out permitting requirements, perform on-site inspections, and undertake revisions in order to resolve any discovered obstacles. Upon project completion, the designers perform a final walk through and create record-set construction documents of the entire project.
