The newly constructed still house, a four-story building standing at 81 feet 6 inches tall, is designed to double Buffalo Trace’s production capacity. Located adjacent to the existing 1930s still house, this facility features a duplicate still with a daily capacity of 60,000 gallons. The new still house is classified as an H-3 High Hazard occupancy and incorporates robust fire protection measures, including one-hour fire walls and automatic sprinkler water curtains.
