Denham-Blythe provided the design and construction for a spiral freezer enclosure replacement at the Nestle Foods Production Facility in the Woodland Industrial Park. The project was completed on time within a very aggressive shutdown period while adjacent lines remained in production.

The building improvements include:

• Disconnect and install new electrical wiring

• Disconnect and install new ductwork and exhaust fans

• Disconnect and re-install ammonia piping

• Remove and reinstall incoming and outgoing conveyor lines

• Remove existing insulated metal panel walls and ceilings

• Install new insulated metal panel walls and ceilings
