The Dayspring Regional Health Center project consisted of turning an existing dated strip mall into a stylish, modern health facility offering many health services for the community of Williamsburg. Renovation work included design/build of lobby, receptionist desk, pediatrics, physical therapy, dental, general practice, pharmacy, and behavioral health services.

• Complete renovation of the existing space to create:

    - Family Medicine

    - Behavioral Health

    - Pediatrics

    - OB/Specialties

    - Diagnostics

    - Physical Therapy

    - Dental

    - Pharmacy

• Provided new HVAC and plumbing systems

• Improvements to existing electrical and data systems

• Façade improvements including Fiber Cement cladding

• New canopies and site improvements
