Nippon Steel’s strategy was to extend their network of steel services to Mexico. Denham-Blythe’s previous projects with the client along with our resources for tackling language barriers, provided assurances of less complications. We developed the project scope and bid package in order to solicit proposals for the design and construction of this facility.

• Offered pre-construction technical guidance with construction document review

• Managed oversight of project schedule to facilitate milestones and project completion were on-time

• Provided early detection quality assurance for concrete construction of building foundations as well as equipment foundations for forming press, coil slitting machine, and cullet tunnel

• Enabled local construction groups advice on safe working practices
