Historic Restoration to Community Theatre

The city of Lexington sought to fund a project for the historic restoration of a 1948 theater that served the Lexington African-American community. Denham-Blythe provided project management for renovation of an existing 11,500 sf 2-story building and the expansion of a new 18,000 sf building. Additional restored spaces include a theater, museum space, and courtyard.
