Production Facility Expansion & Renovations

Osram-Sylvania had developed a new lighting product and required additional space for two new production lines and support areas. Denham-Blythe provided the design and construction of three building additions and multiple office and lab renovations.

• Managed 3 major phases of construction
• Constructed two process pits and a process tunnel
• Erected ten mezzanines and five material hoists
• Built high hazard coating room and mercury room
• Designed new building expansion directly adjacent to five existing structures
