Construction Management on 187,000 square foot building and $5 million utility piping project. Joined the team early in the design process and provided documentation to the team members through a project website.

Provided services to the owner from bidding the packages to overseeing construction to assisting in the furniture selection to coordinating the moving the occupants into the building. Project was brought in under budget and coordinated the completion of lower floors while the upper floors were occupied. Project was completed in 18 months. Building features: Four stories with a basement and mechanical penthouses; 20,000 square feet of raised computer floor, 200 person conference room, video conferencing rooms, Constructed two bridges over adjacent blue line stream; monumental stairway with skylight.
