Anderson Bakery seized the opportunity to update their bun-proofing operations by installing an automated-conveyor spiral tower room. Denham-Blythe provided design-build services to help coordinate a demanding schedule during a shut-down along with tight process clearances of the 30' tall bun-proofing room within the building structure.

• Collaborated with bun-proofing room vendor
• Renovated texisting 1950's facility for new conveyor routes and head clearance issues at cross-overs
• Constructed new dock addition to increase shipping capacity
• Changed out mixers
• Designed and constructed 3-hour fire-rated walls due to property line proximity
